You will use VidForge only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third‑party platform policies. You are responsible for the content you create or upload.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant VidForge a license to process and transmit it solely to operate the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may apply fair‑use limits or suspend abusive activity.
Custom deployments are invoiced as agreed in writing. Fees are non‑refundable once a billing period starts or a milestone is delivered.
Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
